The party will, at present, be a national level party having its registered office at Maharastra.

At present the Party shall have following units:

1. National Central level:
   1. The Plenary or Special Sessions of the Party
   2. The National Central Council; and
   3. The National Executive
2. State level:
   1. State Level council; and
   2. State Executives
3. Regional Committees
4. District Committees
5. Zilla Parishad Committees
6. Mandal Committees
7. Gram Panchayat / Shahari Kendra Committees
8. Local Committees

Note:

1. The area of a Mandal or a Local Committee will be determined by the State Executive concerned. No local Committee shall have more than 3000 population.
2. Area of a District shall ordinarily be the same as of a n administrative district in a State unless the State Executive determines otherwise, but all cities with more than 3 lakhs population may be treated as separate districts.
3. A city area with more than 30 lakhs population may be divided into more than one District as may be determined by the State Executive concerned.
